Thank you for applying to attend a Billboard Live performance. We will provide guidance on how to enter on the day of the event.
How to Enter
On the day of the event, you may enter after the doors open. Please complete your entry procedures at the dedicated terminal installed at the counter.
If you have any questions, please speak to a staff member at the counter.
Those applying on smartphones or tablets
On the day of the performance, please bring a smartphone or tablet that can log in to your My Page.
Applying on a PC
Please either print the QR code displayed on your My Page after logging in, or bring a copy of your reservation number.
Procedures using a dedicated terminal.
On the day of your visit, please complete your check-in at the dedicated terminal installed in-store.

QR Code Verification
From My Page, in “Purchase History,” please select the Details button for the relevant performance and check the QR code at the bottom of the reservation details.
Entry Procedures
Please either 【present the QR code to the dedicated terminal installed at the store】, or 【enter your reservation number】, and finally, for identity verification, 【enter the last four digits of your registered phone number】.
Issuance of Registration Forms
When 【2D code】 or 【reservation number】 is recognized, a check-in form will be issued from the dedicated terminal.
Admission
Please bring your registration form and proceed to your reserved seat.
Please bring Corporate Members Tickets for the number of people in your application, and proceed to the staffed counter.
Food and Drink Ordering and Payment Methods
- After you are seated, you may order food and drinks. Please place your order using the QR code you have on hand, or speak to a nearby staff member.
- If you use the QR code you have on hand, you can pay at your seat when you leave, without lining up at the register. (Credit card payments only.)

At the venue's bar counter, customers place their own orders and pay on the spot.
