Article 1 (Scope of Application and Amendments to These Terms)

1. Scope of these Terms

These terms apply to all members.

2. Changes to these Terms

( 1 ) Each provision of these Terms may be amended in cases where there are changes in social conditions or other reasonable necessity, provided that such amendments do not contravene the purpose of the contract and are made within a reasonable scope.

( 2 ) When making changes to these Terms pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the content of the revised Terms and the effective date shall be published in advance via the Internet or other appropriate means, and shall apply from the date on which the reasonable period specified at the time of publication has elapsed.

This service enables you to receive Billboard Live ticket reservations, music information email newsletters, direct mail, etc. Members shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Member Registration)

1. Member Registration

To use this service, in addition to registering as a member of this service (hereinafter referred to as “Membership Registration”), it is also necessary to obtain a Hankyu Hanshin Group common ID, including “HH cross ID” (hereinafter, those whose acquisition of the common ID is completed are referred to as “Common ID Users”). Therefore, Common ID Users must agree to the Hankyu Hanshin Group Common ID Member Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Common ID Terms of Use”) with respect to the use of the Common ID (registration, ID/password management, prohibited matters, suspension, withdrawal, applicable services, disclaimers, etc.).

2. Registration Application

Those who wish to register as a member should, after agreeing to these Terms, electronically fill out and submit the registration application form posted on the Billboard Live website operated by our company. We will approve registrations at our discretion. By submitting the registration application and our approval, a contract containing the terms of these Terms is formed between the member and our company. Note that if we determine that you are unsuitable as a member, we may not approve the registration. Also, a single individual may not hold multiple member qualifications. In addition, those who wish to join Club BBL Members should, separately, agree to the Club BBL Members Terms (Special Provisions) and electronically fill out the enrollment form designated by our company to apply for membership. Regarding Club BBL Members, if there are provisions in these Terms that conflict with the provisions of the Special Provisions, the provisions of the Special Provisions shall take precedence.

3. Notification of Registration Approval

For members whose registration has been approved by us in response to their registration application, we will notify the approval by sending an email to the address provided on the registration form, stating that the registration has been approved. The member will be granted membership on the date they receive this email.

4. If a Common ID user unregisters from the Common ID, or loses the right to use the Common ID for reasons such as a violation of these Terms or the Common ID Terms of Use (including cases where the Company or Hankyu Hanshin Holdings determines that there is a possibility that the user may lose eligibility), they will no longer be able to use this Service.

Article 4 (Term of Membership)

If a member submits a request to cancel registration by the method prescribed by the Company, and as long as the Company does not cause the member to lose eligibility pursuant to Article 10, the member’s validity period shall be indefinite and automatically renewed.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Members shall not engage in the following acts. If it is found that a member is engaging in any of the following acts, we may take measures such as revoking the member’s membership in accordance with Article 10, denying entry to the premises (and if they have already entered, directing them to leave), notifying the police, or seeking damages. In such cases, refunds of admission fees already paid or other costs will not be provided. In addition, any trouble or damages arising from the prohibited acts shall be resolved by the member at their own responsibility and expense, and the company will not be involved.

( 1 ) Lending, transferring, selling, or pledging one’s shared ID, password, member benefits, or other membership status under these Terms to a third party, regardless of whether one is a member.

In addition, after the cancellation procedure is completed, we may not be able to accept a reservation once it becomes fully booked.

Also, please note that identity verification and age verification may be conducted upon entry, so please be aware in advance.

(2) If, despite making a reservation, you do not come to the venue without notifying us of cancellation, or if the member who made the reservation does not come to the venue on multiple occasions, we may revoke the member’s eligibility under Article 10. Article 11 (Cancellation of Membership)

Members may cancel their membership at any time by following the procedures prescribed by our company. However, if you have already booked a performance, we cannot cancel the registration because the information in your member registration is required for identity verification at the time of your visit. Also, even if your membership is canceled, any fees already paid will not be refunded.

Article 2 (Changes to These Terms)

1. Scope of These Terms

These terms apply to Club BBL members.

2. Changes to These Terms

(1) The provisions of these Terms may be amended if there are changes in social conditions or other reasonable necessity, provided that such changes do not contravene the purpose of the contract and are within a reasonable scope.

(2) In the case of changes to these Terms pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the content of the revised Terms and the effective date shall be published in advance by the Internet or other appropriate means, and shall apply from the day after the expiration of the reasonable period specified at the time of publication.

Article 3 (Club BBL Members)

1. Membership Application

Members who wish to join this Club should, after reviewing these Terms, apply for membership by electronically completing the enrollment form designated by the Company (which includes agreeing to these Terms). The completed enrollment form is referred to as the “Enrollment Application Form.” The Company will approve the membership at its discretion after the credit card company’s authorization of the advance payment for the member fee defined in Article 4 (the initial fee and annual fee). When the Company approves the membership, a contract containing these Terms (hereinafter the “Club BBL Membership Agreement”) shall be formed between the member and the Company. Note that if the Company cannot confirm the credit card company’s authorization of the advance payment, or if the member is deemed unsuitable to be a Club BBL member for any other reason, membership may not be approved. Also, a single person cannot hold multiple Club BBL memberships.

2. Notification of Membership Approval

Regarding Club BBL members whose membership applications have been approved by our company, we will notify the approval by sending an email confirming the approval of membership to the email address provided by the Club BBL member at the time of the application. The Club BBL member will be granted Club BBL membership on the day they receive this email.

3. Types of Club BBL Members

( 1 ) There are two types of Club BBL members: “Web Plan” members and “Information Magazine Plan” members. All Club BBL members can view information related to this Association, including the information described in Article 8, on the Internet site. In addition, the Company will send this information by e-mail to Club BBL members who have provided an e-mail address on their membership application and have selected to receive e-mails, and will send the information magazine “Billboard Live News” to members of the “Information Magazine Plan”.

( 2 ) If a Club BBL member wishes to change the type of Club BBL membership, they may change the type by notifying the Association’s Membership Office (hereinafter referred to as the “Club BBL Membership Office”) by electronic means designated by the Company. In that case, the handling of membership fees shall be as provided in Article 4, Paragraph 3.

Article 4 (Membership Fee)

1. Membership Fee

( 1 ) Membership fees are as follows.

– Web Plan: Annual fee 3,800 yen + initial processing fee 1,300 yen (tax included)

– Information Magazine Plan: Annual fee 4,400 yen + initial processing fee 1,300 yen (tax included)

( 2 ) Once paid, membership fees cannot be refunded for any reason. However, this does not apply if this Agreement contains a refund provision such as Article 12, Paragraph 1, and if a legal right of withdrawal arises under the Club BBL Membership Agreement. In addition, refunds based on a pro-rated basis for usage charges will not be provided even in such cases.

2. Payment methods for membership fees

Membership fees are charged to the credit card company listed on the membership application form and are automatically withdrawn through that credit card company. Unless you submit a withdrawal request before the expiration of the renewal-refusal period defined in Article 6, the same applies to the annual membership fees for the next year and beyond.

3. Changes to Club BBL membership types and membership fees.

( 1 ) If a Club BBL member notifies of a change in the Club BBL member type described in Article 3, Paragraph 3, Item (2) within the renewal-refusal period specified in Article 6, the member type will be changed on the first day of the renewed period, and from the year of the change onward, the annual fee corresponding to the changed Club BBL member type will be charged.

( 2 ) If a Club BBL member notifies of a change in the Club BBL member type after the renewal-refusal period has elapsed, in principle, the change of member type cannot be made.

4. Update Credit Card Information

If there is a change in the credit card information that a Club BBL member has provided to us and the member has not notified us of the change, we may, without contacting the Club BBL member, verify the updated credit card information with the credit card company and, based on the updated information, receive an advance payment.

Article 5 (Term of Membership)

The validity period of Club BBL membership shall commence on the date the member receives the email from us confirming membership approval, and shall continue until the last day of the month that is one year after that date.

Article 6 (Update)

1. Club BBL members may terminate the Club BBL membership contract by expiration by submitting a withdrawal request (an expression of intent not to renew) to the Club BBL Members Office by two months prior to the expiration of the validity period for that year's Club BBL membership (this period is referred to as the "renewal-refusal period"). In addition, even after that period expires, the member's status shall remain as a member unless the termination procedures specified in Article 11 of the Billboard Live Member Services Terms of Use are carried out.
2. If a Club BBL member does not submit the withdrawal request described in the preceding item during the renewal-refusal period, it shall be deemed that the member has no intention to refuse renewal, and the Club BBL membership agreement will be renewed for another year, and the same treatment will apply thereafter.
3. The Company (Club BBL Members Secretariat) will not contact or inquire individual Club BBL members about the scheduled onset of the renewal-refusal period or about whether a renewal refusal has occurred, in order to ensure that the fees charged to Club BBL members do not become excessive. Each Club BBL member agrees to the above handling by the Company.

Article 7 (Prohibited Matters)

Club BBL members shall not engage in any of the prohibited acts described in Article 5 of the 'Billboard Live Member Service Terms of Use.' If it becomes evident that a Club BBL member has engaged in prohibited conduct, the Company may take the measures specified in that article. In such cases, we will not refund any membership fees that have already accrued.

Article 8 (Club BBL Member Benefits)

1. Priority booking for specific performances

Club BBL members may reserve the performances designated by our company that are held at Billboard Live Osaka, Billboard Live Tokyo, and Billboard Live Yokohama venues (excluding special performances, private bookings, events and other company-hosted performances, etc.; hereinafter referred to as “Specified Performances”). In accordance with the provisions of this clause, reservations may be made from the Club BBL member reservation date designated by our company, prior to the general reservation start date. One stage counts as one reservation, and including Club BBL members, you may reserve up to the maximum number of reservations per performance as defined by us.

In addition, a portion of performances at other venues hosted by our company may be reserved from the Club BBL member reservation date designated by us before the general reservation start date. In this case, the method of reservation, payment method, changes/cancellations, and other notes shall be governed separately by the terms set by us for each performance. Also, once the cumulative number of Club BBL member reservations reaches the upper limit set by us for each performance, we will terminate the Club BBL member priority online registration. After the Club BBL member priority registration ends, reservations will be made as general reservations (not including Club BBL member benefits) from the general reservation start date.

2. Drink Service

We offer one complimentary drink to Club BBL members who have made a reservation and visited our establishment, the drink item being designated in advance by the Club BBL Members Office. (If you have reserved the Casual Area, this benefit does not apply.) This benefit cannot be combined with other offers. Additionally, this benefit does not apply to companions who are not Club BBL members.

3. Providing Information

Club BBL members will be informed of exclusive information and the latest updates through the information magazine “Billboard Live News,” our website, and e-newsletters, etc. However, the information magazine “Billboard Live News” will be sent to information magazine plan members.

4. Information on Special Campaigns and Exclusive Privileges

We will keep you updated on exclusive programs and special benefits for Club BBL members as they become available.

5. Preferential Cancellation Fee Terms

Cancellation fees incurred for Club BBL members only will be charged at the rates listed below.

  • Up to 30 days before the performance (calculated from the day before): 5%
  • Up to 7 days before the performance (calculated from the day before): 10%
  • Up to 2 days before the performance (calculated from the day before): 30%
  • Up to 1 day before the performance (calculated from the day before): 50%
  • Up to 3 hours before the start time on the day of the performance: 80%

Fees are calculated by applying the above rate to the listed price of the ticket you purchased (the amount before discounts if discount coupons, etc. are used), in the same manner as defined in the “Billboard Live Member Service Terms of Use.”

Article 9 (Changes to the Information to be Entered on the Application Form)

Club BBL members must promptly notify the Club BBL Members Office, by the method designated by our company, if there are any changes to the Club BBL member’s name, address, contact details, or credit card information (company name, number, expiration date, etc.) as entered on the membership application form. The company shall not be responsible for any information that fails to reach you or for any other disadvantage arising from your failure to contact us.

Article 10 (Loss of Membership)

1. We may terminate the ClubBBL member contract for breach of obligations if the ClubBBL member falls under any of the following items, thereby causing the ClubBBL member or the member’s eligibility to be lost. In that case, the initial fee and annual membership fee will not be refunded. In addition, we shall not be liable for any disadvantages, damages, etc., arising from the loss of the ClubBBL member or the member’s eligibility.

( 1 ) When we cannot confirm by the deadline set by our company the credit card company’s authorization for the advance payment of the membership fee.
( 2 ) When the same person holds, or attempts to hold, multiple Club BBL memberships.
( 3 ) When it is determined that a false declaration was made at the time of joining this association.
( 4 ) When you violate these terms.

2. If a Club BBL member falls under any item of Article 10 of the Billboard Live Member Services Terms of Use and the Company terminates their membership, the member shall automatically lose their Club BBL membership as well.

Article 11 (Withdrawal)

1. A Club BBL member will resign from membership when the Club BBL Membership Agreement has expired at the end of its term and there has been an expression of intent not to renew. In addition, even after the term expires, the member’s status as a member shall remain unless the termination procedures set forth in Article 11 of the “Billboard Live Member Services Terms of Use” are carried out.
2. Club BBL members may not terminate their Club BBL membership contract early during the contract period. However, on the condition that they do not request a refund of the initial fee and annual membership fee, they may terminate (withdraw from) the Club BBL membership contract by submitting an application to the Club BBL Members Office via the prescribed electronic method.

Article 12 (Dissolution of this association and transition to another fan club)

1. Closing

The Company may close this Association by giving notice to Club BBL members at least three months in advance if there is reasonable necessity and proportionality. In that case, as of the closing date, all Club BBL member contracts shall automatically terminate. The Company shall not be liable for any claims for damages. However, the Company will refund the initial registration fee (limited to Club BBL members who joined during the year in which this Association is closed) and will refund an amount from the annual membership fee as separately determined by the Company.

2. Moving to Another Fan Club

If our company establishes a new fan club, in accordance with the terms separately specified by our company, BBL Club members may obtain membership in the newly established fan club without undergoing separate enrollment procedures, and may be exempt from paying the initial fees and other charges required for joining the new fan club.

Article 13 (Scope of Liability)

Our company’s liability for damages to Club BBL members arising from violations of the terms or for other reasons shall be limited to the total amount of the initial registration fee and the annual membership fee received from the member, except in cases where our company has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

Article 14 (Severability)

Even if any provision of these Terms or part thereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions of these Terms other than the invalid or unenforceable provision and the remaining portion of the provision that is invalid or unenforceable shall continue to be valid and shall apply to the Company, ClubBBL members, etc.
