You can top up any amount you like and give it as a gift. (Amounts of 10,000 yen or more must be in 1,000-yen increments.)

We will award a 5% bonus of the deposited amount for top-ups of 10,000 yen or more.
Unlimited uses with recharge
If you recharge (top up), you can use the card again and again, as many times as you like.

What can it be used for?
It can be used for payments at Billboard Live Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama. It does not apply to online purchases or merchandise purchases.
Where can I buy it?
You can purchase at the shops inside the Billboard Live venues in Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama, as well as at the Billboard Live Online Shop.
What is the minimum deposit amount?
The initial deposit must be at least 10,000 yen, and you can deposit in 1,000-yen increments. The deposit limit per card is 300,000 yen. In the online shop, we offer several types of cards, available in 10,000-yen increments.
Is a recharge (redeposit) possible?
At the registers of Billboard Live Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama venues, you can recharge in 1,000-yen increments. A 5% bonus is granted for charges of 10,000 yen or more (regardless of the number of recharges). You can use it repeatedly.
What is the expiration date?
The card is valid for one year from the card issue date or from the date of the last use (deposit or payment). You can check the expiration date on your receipt or on the balance inquiry page. "Coupon Value" can extend the expiration date, but only through a payment. Note: "Coupon Value" refers to funds deposited by us as a service value for gifts to customers or for promotional purposes.
How do I check my balance?
The remaining balance is printed on the receipt issued when you use the gift card. Alternatively, you can check it by visiting the Billboard Live website (www.billboard-live.com) or by scanning the QR code on the back of the card. You can check your balance from a PC or smartphone.
What should I do if it is lost or stolen?
Refunds or reissues are not possible. Please handle with care and store it securely.
