  These are sheet-type seats located directly in front of the stage.
- S Reserved Seat
  They are the front table seats (including the seats closest to the stage), the sofa seats at the back of the floor, and the front-facing counter seats.
- R Reserved Seat
  There are basic table seats in front of the stage, and counter seating on both sides.

  Two-seater sofas located on both sides of the fourth floor.

  A row of counter seats located in the front area on the fourth floor.

- Casual
  A counter seat with one drink included. This is a self-service area, so please obtain additional drinks and light snacks at the bar counter.

Depending on your seating position and the stage setup on the day, you may have difficulty seeing the stage. ・Casual Front: [D1-5.6, D2-3.4.5, E2-4.5] may be obstructed by pillars. ・R-designated seats: If you choose stage-wing seats [41,42,51,52,61,81,82,91], your view may be obstructed depending on the placement of the instruments on the day. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Notes and Precautions

No entry for children under elementary school age. Elementary school-age and older customers are charged the standard admission fee.
Customers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Based on local government ordinances regarding youths’ nighttime outings, we may deny entry to certain Second Stage performances for customers under 18 if the ending time is expected to be past 11:00 PM.
We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 20.
The entire dining area is non-smoking.
We cannot accept calls from numbers with hidden caller ID. Please disclose your phone number, for example by dialing 186 before the number.
During telephone support, we may record calls in order to accurately capture reservation details, feedback, and inquiries, and to improve our services going forward.
If you repeatedly cancel without notice, we will not be able to accept any future reservations.
Cancellations after online purchases incur a cancellation fee.
Due to circumstances, we may change the cast and some aspects of the performance. We will not provide compensation for travel expenses, etc., in the event of cancellation or postponement of the performance.
If you fail to follow staff instructions or warnings, or if we determine that you will disturb other customers, artists, or staff or otherwise hinder the safe operation of the performance, we may refuse admission or ask you to leave partway (in some cases, we may report the matter to the local police). In such cases, admission fees are non-refundable. We also do not accept any responsibility for accidents that occur under these circumstances.
Unless prior permission has been granted, bringing into the premises any equipment used for recording or filming, as well as alcoholic beverages, food and drink, or other dangerous goods, is not permitted.
Resale of tickets and reservation rights is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Resold tickets or reservation rights will be invalid, and admission may be refused. We also accept no responsibility for any trouble arising from the resale of tickets or reservation rights.
There may be occasions when we ask for your identification or age verification upon entry.
Cameras for video recording and photography may be brought into the store, and customers may appear in media or product footage. The recorded footage and photographs may be used for product commercialization or promotional purposes.

For customers arriving in a wheelchair.

Customers arriving in a wheelchair, please contact our call center after you have completed your purchase. You will be guided to the wheelchair-accessible seating area, so please note that your seating may differ from the seat you originally selected.
There are limited wheelchair-accessible areas, so we may not be able to accommodate everyone. Also, if you do not contact us, we will be unable to provide entrance guidance.

Club BBL Members: Tickets purchased during the member pre-sale period will be invalid if the member themselves does not attend in person. Thank you for your understanding.
Corporate members: When selecting a seating area, the standard ticket price will be displayed, but on the day of the performance payment will be made with [Corporate Ticket]. Please note that in the Casual Area, one drink is not included.
