To suit Billboard Live Tokyo, where wonderful performances from various genres unfold, we have prepared a course designed to stimulate the palate and heighten the senses so you can enjoy the live even more. Not with flashy techniques, but a menu that consciously centers on the “origin” — the fundamentals the chef has remained true to for many years.
