Children under elementary school age are not permitted to enter. Guests who are elementary school age or older will be charged the regular admission fee.

Customers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

In accordance with municipal ordinances concerning youths' nighttime outings, we may refuse admission to certain second-stage performances for customers under 18 if the end time is expected to be past 11:00 PM.

Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 20.

No smoking anywhere inside the store.

We cannot accept calls from private numbers. Please provide your phone number, for example by dialing it with '186' prefixed to the number.

During phone calls, in order to accurately capture reservation details, your feedback, inquiries, and other information, and to improve our services going forward, there may be occasions where we record the call.

If you repeatedly cancel without notifying us, we will not be able to accept any further reservations.

A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after an online purchase.

Due to circumstances, we may change some of the performers or the content of the performance. We will not provide compensation for travel expenses, etc., in the event of cancellation or postponement of the performance.

If you do not follow staff instructions or warnings, or if you cause trouble for other customers, artists, or staff, or if it is deemed that safe performance operations are being hindered, we may refuse entry or require you to leave partway through (in some cases, we may report the matter to the local police). In such cases, admission fees will not be refunded. We also will not be responsible for any accidents that occur in these circumstances.

Except with prior permission, you may not bring into the store any equipment used for recording (audio or video), as well as alcoholic beverages, food and beverages, or dangerous goods.

Resale of tickets or reservation rights is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Resold tickets or reservation rights will be invalid, and admission may be refused. Additionally, our store bears no responsibility for any troubles arising from the resale of tickets or reservation rights.

There may be times when we ask for your identification or age verification upon entering the store.

Cameras for video recording and photography may be brought into the store, and customers may appear in media or product footage. The recorded videos and photos may be used for commercialization or promotional purposes.
