[Important] Notice of the introduction of the 3D Secure 2.0 authentication service

This time, to ensure that customers can purchase tickets with safety and security, we are pleased to announce the introduction of the “Identity Verification Service (3D Secure 2.0).”
From 12:00 on March 27, 2024, at the time of ticket purchase and during Club BBL member registration, you may be required to enter a one-time password or an ID or password that you have previously registered with your credit card issuer.
【Notes】
・If the password registered with the card issuer cannot be authenticated, or if authentication is not completed within a certain period (within 15 minutes), your application or registration will not be completed.
・If you purchase multiple dates or multiple stages, 3D Secure security may cause the purchase to be deemed fraudulent. Please understand in advance.
How to set up 3D Secure 2.0
To use 3D Secure 2.0, you need to configure it in advance on your credit card issuer’s website (or similar). For inquiries about registration, the status of 3D Secure 2.0 support for your credit card, and details on the setup and authentication methods, please contact the card issuer you are using.
