The buzz-worthy band Scary Pockets, delivering a premium funk-pop sound across a string of classics, makes its debut. Formed on the West Coast by Jack Conte, the other half of Pomplamoose, and his high-school pal Ryan Lerman, they’ve uploaded over 150 funk covers of songs by artists such as The Beatles, Queen, Alicia Keys, Justin Bieber, Pharrell Williams, and Bruno Mars on YouTube, drawing attention for their fresh, innovative takes. In 2018, those recordings were released on CD for the first time worldwide, and they also made their Japanese debut. We want Wolfpack fans to experience a sound that is packed with humor, a pop sensibility, and full-on funk.
