Ai Furuhata, whose rise to popularity came from being cast as a voice actress in Love Live! Sunshine!!, makes her first appearance. While continuing her musical activities with Aqours, the school idol group from the same work, she released in June 2020 a pre-release track titled "CITY" conceptually rooted in “80s city pop,” produced by Akimitsu Honma, packing in everything she loves and wants to do. Demonstrating her multifaceted talents beyond voice acting—such as running a photo feature—she finally makes her debut as a solo artist. She appears with her debut mini-album Moonrise, set for release on September 23, and will showcase a meticulous musical vision; this commemorative stage is not to be missed.
