A five-member supergroup leading Japan’s jazz scene, TKY, takes the stage!

In 2004, five top figures in Japan’s jazz world—TOKU, Kenji Hino, Yōsuke Onuma, Shinji Akita, and Ōtsuki Karuta Hidenobu—came together and drew wide attention with the album TKY, which opened up a new future for jazz.

In January 2020, after a long silence they returned with a Billboard Live stage to tremendous acclaim, and the top‑tier performers’ thrilling, breath‑taking, boundlessly kinetic playing is sure to be a must-see for all music fans, not only jazz and fusion fans.
