Formed in 2014, the Osaka-based band Neighbors Complain makes their Billboard Live debut with their fourth album, 'Destruction'. Rooted in R&B, they captivate music fans with a groove that blends each member's individuality into one, and pursue a unique sound that only the four of them can produce. Before their debut, they performed street gigs as a band, and as the name suggests—the idea that loud music might have caused "neighborhood trouble"—their live performances have been honed over many years and are highly regarded. In 2018, they also performed at the world-renowned Java Jazz Fes. 2018 in Jakarta as representatives of Japanese artists, drawing attention from around the world. Don’t miss their stage.
