Airi Hiramatsu, who since her 1989 debut with the album TREASURE and the single Seishun no Arubamu has given the world a string of timeless songs, including the million-selling single "部屋とYシャツと私" (Room and Shirt and Me) (1992), will perform a commemorative show at Billboard Live to celebrate her 32nd debut anniversary and her own birthday. Known for her relatable depictions of everyday psychology and melodies so beautiful that everyone hums along, she captivates listeners. In 2019 she marked 30 years since her Heisei-era debut, and in the first year of Reiwa she wrote the single "部屋とYシャツと私～あれから～," a “sequel” to the Heisei hit, which drew attention. And in 2020 she ended the 25-year-long "Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake Disaster Reconstruction Support Live 1.17 KOBE MEETING" and, from the Ashinaga Foundation and Kobe City, received a certificate of appreciation for her long-running activities beyond music. The anniversary stage, presented as spring approaches, is not to be missed.
