Leading the charge among the next generation of jazz pianists, Ai Kuwahara returns to the Osaka stage for the first time in three years with a new work. Since her 2012 debut, which shook the jazz scene, she has been active on the world stage as a rising talent. This concert offers a special, one-show program condensed into a single performance: a solo set that showcases the world of her tenth album, Opera, with superb technique and passionately expressive playing, and a trio configuration with Keisuke Torigoe on bass and Muneshin Senju on drums. We invite you to experience at the venue the essence of her pianistic artistry, which continues to evolve.
