Kitri, an unrivaled piano-duet vocal unit that creates innovative sounds rooted in classical music, makes its debut.
Kitri is a Kyoto-born sister duo formed by older sister Mona and younger sister Hina. Their unique worldview and high-quality musical style have attracted significant attention, and they made their major debut in January 2019 with their first EP Primo. Since then, they have steadily released music and energetically performed live, captivating many listeners. For this performance, they bring their April-released second album Kitrist II, and in addition to the duo’s delicate and alluring sounds centered on new songs, they will perform for the first time in a band arrangement featuring Junpei Kamiya (Dr), Hiroki Chiba (Ba), and Seho Fukuda (Sax). It is sure to hint at Kitri’s endless potential yet to be realized.
