-City Pop in Summer-
Tetsuji Hayashi SONG FILE with Jun'ichi Inagaki & Yurie Kokubu
Note: This performance will be on a special schedule.
Overview
“Sad Color, Isn’t It?,” “Midnight Door – Stay with Me –,” “Kita Wing,” “Two’s Summer Story,” “P.S. I Want to Hold You,” and other iconic songs that defined Japan’s 1980s pop scene were created by composer Tetsuji Hayashi, who will make his Billboard Live debut with two acclaimed singers. Expect Junichi Inagaki’s duet special version of “September,” and Yur ie Kokubu performing tracks such as “Just a Joke” from the city-pop masterwork album “Relief 72 Hours,” along with many other hits that color the nightscape of the city and still shine today. We hope you will enjoy this premium stage.
