Overview
With a lyrical world that delicately captures the wavering emotions, singer-songwriter Midori Karashima, who has long enjoyed support from many women, will take the Billboard Live Osaka stage for the first time in about nine years. Her soaring, emotionally rich vocal style made her 1990 release “Silent Eve” a big hit. In recent years, it’s still fresh in memory that she also delivered lush harmonies in the orchestral-symphonic concert “billboard classics” with an orchestra. This time, with a simple trio arrangement of piano and strings, it should be a moment where her beautiful singing voice and melodies will stand out even more.
