Circus debuted in 1978 with a unique lineup of two men and two women, plus three siblings and a cousin, and after several member changes they still reign as pioneers of Japanese vocal groups. In 2018, to celebrate the group’s 40th anniversary, they released Mr. Summer Time 2018. With HARMONY as the keyword, they performed Beautiful Harmony (Reiwa) as part of American Feeling 2020, bringing together seven current and former members; the video release drew wide attention. Since 2013, the fifth-generation Circus—a four-member unit spanning parent–child generations—has continued to create music that transcends generations and genres under the theme “Connecting.” We invite you to spend a special moment enveloped in refined harmonies at the venue.
