With bebop as his roots, Sadao Watanabe performs a special program centered on original compositions together with four of Japan's leading horn players. Although it is a medium ensemble, they deliver four-beat tunes with a swing feel reminiscent of a big band, and Brazilian-tinged ballads wrapped in beautiful horn harmonies, presenting a diverse range of music.
