With outstanding talent and sensibility, Kazuyoshi Nakamura has continued to shock listeners, and Misako Kotani radiates a unique presence with a sincere, emotive voice and sharp lyrics. Debut timing is close for the two, with Kotani celebrating her 25th anniversary this year and Nakamura approaching his 25th next year; having each established their own individuality, they have kept resonating with one another as two singer-songwriters. They will take the stage for the 2019 two-man event “Empathizing with the Values of What Is Right.” Nakamura will appear in an acoustic set, accompanied by Ritsurō Mitsui, guitarist of LOST IN TIME and THE YOUTH. Kotani’s piano-vocal performances, told in dramatic melodies, will also shine on the Billboard Live stage.
