Skoop On Somebody's TAKE (Masaharu Takeda) and The Gospellers' leader Murakami Tetsuya (Murakami Tetsuya) form the Japanese sexy-soul duo “Takeda and Tetsuya,” and make their first appearance on the Billboard Live Osaka stage! In the summer of 2006, they formed “Takeda and Tetsuya” prompted by a remark from Masayuki Suzuki; in July of the following year, the group Enamel Brothers—formed by Masayuki Suzuki and Kaoru Kurosawa (The Gospellers)—debuted majorly with the single “She’s My Girl” and its B-side “A Ballad Dedicated to My Mother.” After that, they renamed themselves “Takeda and Tetsuya” and continued performing live, though irregularly; this year they celebrate their 15th anniversary.
