Overview
Neighbors Complain, an Osaka-based band formed in 2014, will perform at Billboard Live in the spring. Rooted in R&B, they captivate listeners with a groove that lets each member’s individuality shine while blending into one, and they continue to pursue a unique sound that only four people can produce. Before their debut, they carried out street performances as a band, and as the band name suggests—the idea that their loud music might have caused “neighborhood nuisance”—their live prowess, honed through years of performance, is highly regarded. In 2018, they appeared as the representative Japanese artist at the world-renowned Java Jazz Fes.2018 held in Jakarta. A night of sublime sound awaits from a band drawing attention from around the world.
