On December 23, 2019, at Zepp Namba, 【timeloop】 drew an audience of 1,500.

Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, after a two-year hiatus, it was decided to restart as a spin-off event at Billboard Live OSAKA.

The lineup featured two attention-worthy up-and-coming acts: VivaOla, which generated big buzz after being selected as a cover artist for Spotify's official playlist "Soul Music Japan," and the enigmatic rising artist Chameleon Lime Woo-Pai, who was also selected for Spotify's "RADER: Early Noise 2021."
