BIGYUKI, the most acclaimed Japanese keyboardist in New York’s jazz–soul–hip-hop intersecting music scene, is attracting worldwide attention. He has earned praise from major artists including Robert Glasper and Lauryn Hill, and has contributed to albums by A Tribe Called Quest and J. Cole, performing on the global stage. Last year he released his latest album, “NEON CHAPTER,” and the solo set he performed on his triumphant homecoming tour showcased BIGYUKI in every respect—as a pianist, a synthesizer player, and a producer—captivating the audience.
