With the common technique keyword “Chopper Method” in mind, THE CHOPPERS REVOLUTION — a formidable triple-bass unit bringing together three ace bassists from different generations and genres: Yoshihiro Naruse, IKUO, and Takayuki Murata, commonly known as ChopaRebo — gathers. In November last year, they staged a special live at Billboard Live Tokyo featuring bassists active in a variety of scenes, and the electrifying performance drew nationwide buzz. Now ChopaRevo is finally reaching its 10th anniversary this year, and they will celebrate with an anniversary concert paired with the release of their eagerly awaited 3rd album! The supporting players anchoring the lineup are Kei Bandō (Dr) and Akito Shirai (Key), both strong performers who also participated in the album recording. We hope you’ll experience the diverse music and the spectacular on-stage performances these three, each with their own careers and personalities, create, right at the venue.
