Sadao Watanabe, a leading saxophonist representing Japan, is celebrating the 70th anniversary of his musical life. This year, his active schedule continues, including headlining the outdoor festival Fuji & Sun ’22. Now, he will light up Billboard Live Osaka as the six‑piece “Sadao Watanabe Group,” featuring Watanabe on alto saxophone along with keyboard, electric guitar, electric bass, drums, and percussion. From authentic jazz standards to swing tunes reminiscent of a big band, and Brazilian-flavored ballads, please enjoy a diverse range of music.
