In 2020, singer-songwriter Takaya Kawasaki, who became a breakout artist thanks to the “Magic Carpet” that went viral on SNS, launched his first Billboard Live tour. With a husky vocal tone that’s unforgettable after one listen and a beautiful vibrato, he will perform covers, including tracks from his latest cover EP, “White,” which features covers of beloved songs by Hibari Misora, The Elephant Kashimashi, Mariya Takeuchi, HY, and Koji Tamaki.
