Jun Shibata, a singer-songwriter who captivates listeners with a world woven from delicate lyrics expressed through an impressive melody and a clear, transparent singing voice, will launch an autumn Billboard Live tour. She debuted in 2001 with “Boku no Mikata” (My Ally).
