Overview
Having celebrated its 45th anniversary last year, the representative Japanese fusion band CASIOPEA-P4 has begun its fourth phase and will hold a Spring Billboard Live Tour. Since their formation in 1977, they have released numerous hits, including “ASAYAKE” and “DOMINO LINE,” and have continued to lead Japan’s fusion scene to the present day. In 2022, it was also memorable when they held at Billboard Live Akira Jinbo’s graduation concert, who had long served as their drummer (Special Support). In the same year, drummer Yoshinori Imai joined, becoming an official member for the first time in 25 years, and the album “NEW TOPICS” was released. Entering a new phase, their virtuosic live performances, evolving in real time, are not to be missed.
