Daiku Kimishima, a singer-songwriter and guitarist who continually shows cutting-edge talent, will perform at Billboard Live in the spring, joined by drummer Shun Ishiwaka. While participating as a guitarist in live performances and recordings for a variety of artists, he also pursues his own live projects, appearing at festivals and working on film scores and songwriting across multiple fronts. In 2019, he released his first EP, Afternoon Reflected Light, and performed at Fuji Rock Festival ’19 Rookie A Go-Go in July of the same year. Since then, in addition to his vigorous live activity, he has consistently released works, and in January this year he released his long-awaited debut full-length album, 映帶する煙, which includes the tracks 都合 and 19°C. This promises to be a precious stage to savor the sound world he continues to weave with his allies.
