Overview
Nordic songstress Isabella Langren’s first Billboard Live concert has been announced. Born and raised in the Värmland region, often described as the heartland of Sweden, she grew up there and, under her parents’ influence, has been passionate about the songs of Judy Garland and Billie Holiday since childhood. At 18, she entered The New School in New York, and soon after returning home she signed with a record company that recognized her talent. When she made her album debut in 2012, her charming looks and emotionally resonant singing quickly made her popular. Her love of standard numbers and her nostalgic, sweetly rendered voice promise a special night with the Aro Jazz Orchestra Horns—a must-see!
