Drummer John "JR" Robinson, beloved by countless musicians, makes his Billboard Live debut in a trio with renowned players. Known as "one of the most recorded drummers in history," he has contributed to numerous works, including Lionel Richie's "We Are The World," the late Michael Jackson's "Off The Wall," and Eric Clapton's "Change The World." In 1983 he won a Grammy for "Ain't Nobody" with Rufus and Chaka Khan. Since 1979 he has served as Quincy Jones's drummer, and last year he took the Billboard Live stage as David Foster's drummer, a memory still fresh. Now, with masterful performers Andrew Sinowick and Mitch Town, the trio's stage will be a powerful, music-loving, special moment.
