Masatoshi Nakamura, who shines as both an actor and a singer, takes the stage. In 1974, he made his debut as a leading actor in the drama “Our Youth!” and the insert song he sang for that drama, “Fureai,” recorded sales exceeding one million copies. Since then, he has appeared in numerous dramas and films, including more than 100 starring roles, and has continued to work vigorously as a singer, giving many classics to the world—such as the drama’s theme song “Our Journey” and “Koibito mo nureru machikado” (with lyrics and music by Keisuke Kuwata). His nationwide concert tours, held every year since his debut, have surpassed 1,500 performances. In recent years, he has continued to take on new challenges, including performances in full orchestras for entire programs. Masatoshi Nakamura, who has stood at the forefront for a long time, presents a premium stage featuring carefully selected songs from his career.
