World-renowned drummer Gota Yashiki, Shinichi Osawa (also active as MONDO GROSSO and as a DJ), pianist Keiji Matsumoto who excels across every genre, and legendary dub engineer DUB MASTER X form the core of a special unit that makes its debut, joined by guitarist Yoshito Tanaka and saxophonist Motoharu.

Centered on Kyoto-born Yashiki, this band was formed for a special party in 2022 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of KYOTOGRAPHIE Kyoto International Photography Festival. At that time the members were Yashiki, Osawa, Matsumoto, and DUB MASTER X. The next stage came in February this year at Kyoto’s historic CLUB METRO for the revival of 【COOL TO KOOL】. With Tanaka added on guitar, the five-piece delivered a stunning performance that stole the show. And for the third show, Motoharu on sax joined as an even stronger guest. With the nation's top-tier lineup all in one place, we look forward to a new sound that continues to evolve with each live performance.
