Osaka-origin five-piece rock band Novelbright, who are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year, will tour Billboard Live venues in three cities with an acoustic lineup. Their street performance in July 2019 drew attention, and the song “Walking with you,” which went on to become a long-running hit on various streaming charts, achieved the milestone of becoming the indie artist’s first streaming (Gold) certification from the Recording Industry Association. In 2020 they made their major debut with Sunny Drop under Universal Music/Universal Sigma, and while actively performing at venues of various sizes—from live houses to arenas—last year they released their major second album, “Assort.” The three songs “Walking with you,” “Tsukimisou,” and “Ai toka Koi toka” have surpassed 100 million total streams. With an emotionally stirring, compelling vocal, solid melodic craftsmanship, and meticulously refined arrangements that captivate listeners, they will deliver a special stage in their anniversary year.
