Saki Takao ka, who shines brilliantly in dramas, films, and stage productions, makes a comeback on the Billboard Live Osaka stage.
While she has built a brilliant career as an actress appearing in numerous works, she has also been actively pursuing a career as a singer.
For a period she prioritized acting and stepped away from singing, but in 2013 she sang the Japanese jazz standard "君待てども ～I’m waiting for you～" as the ending song of a film, earning high praise.
Since then she resumed her musical activities, continually captivating listeners with her sultry voice singing jazz and bossa nova, and her collaboration with jazz pianist Yosuke Yamashita drew attention.
In 2019 she celebrated the 30th anniversary of her singing debut and released her first best-of album.
