Formed in the dawn of Japanese rock, before Happy End or the Sadistic Mika Band even existed, this legendary band of Shigeru Suzuki (g), Rei Obara (b), and Tatsuo Hayashi (ds) was joined by Masanori Matsutoya (key) to form the special band SKYE. Re-launched in 2019 as "the world's oldest rookie big band," and last year they completed their first solo tour. At Billboard Live Osaka, a SKYE-produced collaboration with Bread & Butter drew praise, and now they are finally stepping on stage as a band on their own!
