Anzu Ariyasu began performing from a young age, appearing in commercials, dramas, and films across a wide range of media. From July 2009 for eight years, she was a member of Momoiro Clover Z, graduating in January 2018. Since then, as a solo artist, she has released music and embarked on nationwide tours, expanding her broad musical activities. Her first Billboard Live performance is a special jazz-focused show delivering authentic jazz. Collaborating with Anzu Ariyasu are internationally active jazz pianists including Takeshi Ohbayashi, whose work includes playing with José James and Nate Smith’s bands, and who has served as MISIA’s bandleader. I can finally announce it!

I have watched the lives of many artists at Billboard Live and the Blue Note countless times, and I’ve always thought that someday I’d like to stand on this stage and sing.

I am truly looking forward from the bottom of my heart to delivering jazz, one of the kinds of music I have treasured and prepared with care.

For me, next year’s February 2024 live tour is not a goal in which a dream is finally realized, but the starting line of my ongoing “Jazz Note.” I’m still learning and this will be a big new challenge, but I’m very happy to have the chance to session with wonderful musicians who are active internationally. Let’s all enjoy it together ♪ I’ll do my best with Dubi-Duba!!
