Laura day romance will hold their first-ever Billboard Live performance. Formed in 2017, their 1st EP “her favorite seasons” quickly became a topic among music fans in 2018, and they have performed at festivals nationwide, including [SUMMER SONIC]. Their 2022 second album “roman candles|憧憬蝋燭” was selected for the Special Prize of the music award APPLE VINEGAR -Music Award-, hosted by Masafumi Gotō (ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION). They have also driven forward with releases, such as the four-EP project tied to the four seasons, “Sweet Seasons, Awesome Works,” and have continued to gain acclaim. After transitioning to a new lineup in 2023, they have their largest tour to date lined up from October this year, but this Billboard Live performance may reveal another side of the band. In addition to the broad musicality crafted by Jin Suzuki, Kagetsu Inoue’s world-view-infused vocals, and Yuta Isomoto’s drumming—combining tightness with flexibility—the Laura day romance delivers a truly unique performance to be savored in a premium club space.
