Takeyoshi Satō, a versatile artist who continues to thrive in a wide range of activities, will once again take the Billboard Live stage with R&B band Neighbors Complain. After debuting as the vocalist of Sing Like Talking in 1988, Satō also began pursuing a full-fledged solo career, while Neighbors Complain—an Osaka-based R&B band rooted in Black music—continues to perform. Satō's melodic vocal lines intertwine superbly with Neighbors Complain's groove-filled band sound, and last year's joint tour delivered an outstanding performance.
