Furui Riho, a singer-songwriter from Hokkaido with gospel roots, makes her Billboard Live debut. Having been active in gospel choirs since childhood, she writes and composes, and sometimes arranges as well. In 2019 she released her first digital single “Rebirth,” and in 2022 her debut album “Green Light” won the 15th CD Shop Awards 2023 Hokkaido Block Prize. She has been energetically performing and releasing music, and last year she was selected for Spotify’s RADAR: Early Noise 2023, steadily expanding her range of activities. In April this year she released her second album, “Love One Another,” which includes tracks that sparked her rise such as “Super Star,” “Pink Hair,” and “LOA.” After touring to support the album, she now launches her first Billboard Live Tour under the title “Do What Makes You Happy,” a live-only song she has performed up to now.
