Kyoko, a pioneering female rocker who has continued to lead Japan’s rock scene, will once again bring her Billboard Live Tour to Tokyo and Osaka this year. After BARBEE BOYS disbanded in 1992, she made her solo debut with the single “DISTANCIA ～ This Heart’s Promise ～.” Since then, while also taking part in projects such as the BARBEE BOYS’ reformation and the Fukumimi project, she has built a wide-ranging career as a solo artist, and in 2022 she celebrated 30 years of solo work. This year marks the fifth consecutive year of her headlining Billboard Live performances.
