Shiho made her debut in 2001 as the first Japanese vocalist for Fried Pride on the US Concord label, and even after Fried Pride disbanded in 2016 she has continued to captivate many listeners as a solo jazz vocalist. With her silky voice and exceptional vocal ability as her weapons, she has been active in a wide range of fields, including live performances and stage work, participation in domestic and international festivals and events, and as a host on TV music programs.
