Prefab Sprout founding member Martin McAloon has announced a miraculous solo concert in Japan!

To mark the 40th anniversary of the 1985 landmark album Steve McQueen (US title: Two Wheels Good), he is currently on a full-album reproduction tour and will finally appear in Japan.

This album, featuring classics such as "When Love Breaks Down," "Faron Young," "Appetite," "Johnny, Johnny," and "Moving the River," has sold millions worldwide and is listed among NME's "100 Greatest Albums of All Time," a work that still shines brilliantly in music history.

As Martin says, "I can't wait to deliver this album in its entirety on stage. Even now, many people love those songs. That is the victory of Steve McQueen." In this show, in addition to performing all tracks from Steve McQueen, selections from Prefab Sprout's rich catalog—built with his brother Paddy McAloon—will also be performed.
