Singer-songwriter Anna Takeuchi is returning to Billboard Live once again. The previous 2024 performance, held to mark her fifth debut anniversary, welcomed the neo-soul band Pajama de Umi Nanka Ikanai, led by Kazuhiro Bessho, and captivated the audience with a polished jazzy arrangement. Now, after three years, she returns with a formidable four-piece rhythm section featuring Masanori Tanikawa from UNCHAIN (Gt/Cho), Makoto Mori (Dr), Joe Nagai from SCOOBIE DO (Ba), and Sara Wakui (Key). With all of these top-tier players weaving a band ensemble, we look forward to seeing what chemistry will emerge between Takeuchi’s crystal-clear vocals and outstanding guitar playing—please come and witness it at the venue.
