Overview
Chage, who has led Japan’s music scene, will appear for the third consecutive year since Billboard Live’s first performance in 2018. Since his solo debut in 1998 with the single “Tokyo Tower,” and after marking his 20th anniversary, he continues to hone his craft. With his outstanding vocal power and deft talk, he is sure to deliver a special Christmas‑season stage as the holiday draws near.
