The big band Gentle Forest Jazz Band, led by the contemporary vaudevillian Gentle Kubota, has decided to stage a special concert to celebrate its 15th anniversary.

Since its formation in 2005, they have been energetically active, wielding original swing that has evolved from the classic swing style.

With a 17-piece instrumental lineup and the three-member vocal group the Gentle Forest Sisters, their live performances are exciting and filled with laughter, and truly outstanding.

Their bi-monthly headlining event, “SWINGIN’ & STOMPIN’,” is a popular show that consistently sells out.

They’ve appeared at jazz festivals, collaborated with comedians, and provided music for films and commercials, broadening their presence across a wide range of media. Now regarded as “Japan’s busiest big band,” what will unfold on their celebration stage? Stay tuned!
