Chris Hart, who with solid singing ability weaves the heart of Japan into song, makes his first appearance. Born in San Francisco, USA, he has long been interested in Japan since his student days, and his J-POP cover videos drew attention. After debuting in 2013, he gained popularity for his warm voice and endearing personality, and has continued to be active, including appearing on NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen. He paused activities from April 2018, but announced his return in 2020. Even with delays due to the pandemic, he kicked off a nationwide tour to restart and once again delivered his singing world.
