Chiaki Satō, who has served as the vocalist, guitarist, and lyricist/composer for the four-member band Kinoko Teikoku, takes the stage. Her singular, expressive voice is fully on display, and she released her first solo EP in 2018. In 2019, while the band went on hiatus, she released her first album and, pushing her solo activities forward, held her first solo concert. She has broadened her activities by providing songs for other artists, taking on acting challenges, and handling film scores. In 2021, after the March release of her first new song in a year, "Koe" (Voice), and with "Kataware"—the drama theme song—following, in September her latest album was also slated for release, marking a busy period. The performance will be the latest installment in the popular cover live series "VOICE," and will be performed as a three-person acoustic set. Be sure not to miss her latest stage as she continues to rise.
