Overview
BIGYUKI, the Japanese keyboardist who is drawing the most attention in New York's jazz–soul–hip‑hop intersecting music scene. He has earned praise from major artists including Robert Glasper and Lauryn Hill, and is active on a world‑class level, contributing to albums by A Tribe Called Quest and J. Cole. This year as well, he will perform at the Hollywood Bowl with Kamasi Washington, and BIGYUKI has achieved numerous feats as a Japanese artist; his long‑awaited solo‑set comeback tour has been announced. Please experience up close his hybrid musical style, unfolding freely and boundlessly, not constrained by conventional notions.
