Def Tech, a popular unit that fuses Japan and Hawaii, will stage a Billboard Live performance after last year’s 20th anniversary of formation and 15th anniversary of debut. Their 1st album, Def Tech, which includes “My Way,” sold 2.8 million copies as an indie release. Since resuming activities in 2010, they have drawn a broad fan base with a sound that has grown more powerful and freer. This year they have attracted attention on THE FIRST TAKE, and have also been the official song for Japan’s national surfing team NAMINORI JAPAN.
